There are many reasons as to why the development of this infrastructure had to be established for Maori and how the MMSQA and Maindustry was innovented. It is now become a major part of many Hapu whanau iwi and individuals in New Zealand and internationally.thanks to its inception in 1978 and information technology.

Over 37,000 hrs of interdependence determination and effort has taken in the reserch and development of the system and to make known to the world the situation of the Maori Nation Partnership with the Crown of England. A partnership that has been ignored for over a Hundred and sixty years by there adopted (whangai) representatives, and by those who worked for them through colonisation.

October 1984 gave me the opportunity to speak at the Labour Party Maori Economic Development Summit Conference in Parliament, my participation as The Youth Advisory Councilor to the Maori Policy Council was based on Maori trade and Industry Development (for job creation).

I have consulted with many Hapu and organisations by invitation and educated many Maori organisations towards Hapu cooperative development to demonstrate cooperation, standards and the legal status for which they can proceed.
