OTIMI HAPU COOPERATIVE SYSTEMS
OHCS Central Clearing House
HOW TO JOIN
The creation of a Central Koha System will legalise Hapu Cooperatives once registered and listed with the OHCS membership and allowing them the use of the Maindustry infrastructure. All Hapu will have available to them 5 internal Currencies that it has developed over the past 29 years, it will be by the OHCS Central System, that will eliminate a 100 year wait by Maori. It will also become the clearinghouse for their future, consequently, its own monetary policy and new development in law Lore , i.e. the establishment of new mechanisms through which significant demand can be managed and satisfied due to the use in modern trends in technology and between the Treaty Partners.
Social Credit
The demand represented by OHCS Hapu Cooperatives for a Semi-Social Credit system in relation to an interdependent Koha currency (Barterca$h) will be given the opportunity to develop their assets and resource along side the New Zealand Dollar on a USA dollar for dollar basis, Once satisfied.
MMSQA Leading Standards
The OHCS Central Standards are MMSQA and ISO supported that will become a unifying format under which Hapu can use Koha Barterca$h to develop new maindustries supported by E-Koha, and its Brokers.
Indigenous people
In the process of establishing its own koha currency, new wealth can be created in the undeveloped Hapu of the Maori Nation (including, notably, the various and indigenous people of the world). The demand represented by these assets against the New Zealand dollar, once satisfied by the OHCS Central System, will prospectively and eventually eliminate critical financial pressures upon the NZ Currency and its financial institutions. In turn, the productive entry of these assets into the world financial system through the APEC will, through the O Commerce E-koha could create new demand for goods and services produced by the indigenous nations, and result in new jobs and revenues for their citizens and maindustry cooperatives.
Overseas Debt
It is a major concern to OHCS as a member of the Hapu Cooperative Systems and Partner to the English Crown under the Treaty of Waitangi, to accept and share half the responsibility as a treaty partner to endeavor to pay back its deficit on the overseas debt which could pass the 100 Billion by the end of 2001.
For if we just sit back and wait then further pressures will become unsustainable yet "Super Critical" to its NZ financial institutions, further assumed laws which will become more demanding for the taking of further Maori assets.
Central Clearing House
The OHCS systems are designed to allow small town Social services meanwhile the others are for nation to nation (Hapu to Hapu) and international transactions will be "avail via internet"). All questions involving convertibility of currencies, and the underlying value of assets, will be resolved by a formula to be established by HSB OHCS-Electronic-systems, representing the new currencies will ultimately be phased in to accommodate the majority of transactions undertaken by the Central Clearing House and its affiliated cooperative merchants. Eventually, the OHCS "E-Koha" system will be able to accommodate even the smallest consumer transaction.
Balanced partnership
We are experiencing an extraordinary period of economic innovation. At the infrastructure level, we must work to configure dialogue policies that will foster a continuation of solid balanced partnership growth (Makururangi). Beyond this mandate, we are in the proposal state with Banking institutions who are also responding to the challenge of ensuring that all Hapu and communities can fully participate in our growing prosperity.
Partners and Allies.
As in the case of any sovereign state, the Maori Hapu will form and operate a wide variety of commercial (for profit) enterprises suited to its needs and those of its cooperatives that have a commercial arm. Those enterprises will at least in theory be able to represent virtually every category of legitimate business. In practice, they will certainly involve those necessary to the optimal creation of the OHCS infrastructure in the underdeveloped hapu area's, and to the intermediary financial process required to facilitate their development and operation. The OHCS may undertake several of these commercial ventures entirely on its own, by encouraging outside private individuals and cooperative investors to participate, or through joint ventures with strategic partners and allies.
Taxation on any tribe
The OHCS is cooperative common law indigenous system, and the Hapu through its commercial activities, will have the ability to generate wealth with revenues more than adequate for the support of its operations, its Constitution has provision of interdependence plus independence to prove the partnership of good faith is of substance, therefore taxation on any tribal Cooperative or Hapu, whanau organisation or individual affiliated with it as a member must be responsible and accountable where taxes are due and payable to each regime that has been developed by a Maori IRD partnership.
The OHCS Central.
Is an entity effectively owned by the OHCS Hapu, no shares will be sold, however it is expected to generate revenues sufficient to sustain all OHCS operations through fees collected on clearings of members and other valuable idle capacity VIC and valuable needs capacity VNC financial transactions. The OHCS has been presented with a new communications technology ideally suited to the needs of modern systems and to the application of an electronic-system among its members that will be made available to APEC countries throughout the OHCS Global Cooperative E-commerce economy OGCE.
OHCS and Freedom JV business the answer to a balanced Capitalist and Socialist World Economy.
OHCS and Freedom JV business, as represented, is an ISP member of the cooperative consortium who both believe strongly that the global economy is the most powerful force for raising living standards across the world. Indeed, it has already brought unprecedented advances for Hapu Business, accepts that it has an indispensable role to play, together with other indigenous governments, in explaining the benefits and opportunities that flow from a readiness to adapt creatively to the change necessary to embrace both Capitalist and Socialist World Economies. The fears and misconceptions must be dispelled. Business will work with governments to promote change and support their efforts to establish good governance and good faith necessary to allow all countries to participate in the gains from a Global Cooperative Economy.
New and Truly "Global" Currency
It is anticipated that as the OHCS/Central currency expands both in terms of its geographic acceptance and the volume of its transactions, other world currencies will come increasingly to depend upon their convertibility to the new OHCS currencies as will financial institutions that accommodate them. In time, it can be expected that a new and truly "global" currency and monetary system has been born, thereby facilitating international trade and genuine economic development (particularly in the poorer nations), and stimulating economic growth and job creation in the already developed world as worldwide economic growth spurs demand for new goods and services.
Accelerating Economic globalization,
The understanding of the financial stock exchange which starts here in NZ is precisely the importance of the Maori currencies and Barter transacting systems Koha has been the basis for many many years and it is this process of the OHCS understanding as to the importance as to how it can be developed for other indigenous countries as a sustainable currency.
With accelerating economic globalization, there is a general sense and understanding of the inevitability of change OHCS successfully emerging as a unifying vehicle for a much larger Hapu participation and by indigenous people throughout the world as its participation into the new and developing global balanced economic system.
OHCS Freedom economic base and trade systems
The OHCS Freedom economic base and trade systems which it embodies and implies, stands as a viable answer to many of the APEC free trade major problems confronting the world's nations and peoples today. It is a combined system designed to imperil or threaten no one; rather, it is consciously calculated to solve specific problems how ever many that are faced by today's major players.
OHCS world Standards is based on Katiaki protection of the nature
OHCS world Standards is based on Katiaki protection of the nature and its creation for economic sustainability, and environmental protection, and to provide a rational and highly effective means of satisfying the aspirations of developing nations and minority peoples similar to that of Maori, particularly those UN-represented or underrepresented in national and international forums. The OHCS Freedom seeks to accommodate everyone's interests, and believes it has designed a system eminently capable of doing just that. World problems today are of such intimidating scope as to force the conclusion that accord is inevitable among contenders for primacy in global and financial affairs.
The OHCS Freedom believes it offers the vehicle through which such accord can be effectively enhanced and dramatically improved.
Freedom, Cooperation, fairness, good faith, justice, and genuine economic prosperity.
As the OHCS Freedom rapidly evolves and assumes a tangible role in a national and world economic framework development is using the oldest standard methods of free trade affairs, this will afford labor and management alike a new tier of opportunity for income, gain and advancement. Individuals, commercial enterprises, Social Credit will allow institutions, public and private, countries and regional local interests to all benefit as a result of OHCS's presence on the world scene and its responsiveness to the needs of a two system programme for each of them and its cooperative network will help usher in a new era predicated on the idea of Freedom, Cooperation, fairness, good faith, justice, and genuine economic prosperity.
